Pictured: John Paul Dillow speaking at an American Postal Workers Union Chapter meeting

John's time with the United States Postal Service is what he considered one of his greatest accomplishments. As a postal worker, he was not only committed to the people he served, but the peers he worked with, as well.

An active member of the American Postal Workers Union, John played an integral role in furthering workers' rights in his chapter. From fair wages to better working conditions, he fought valiantly for the voices of him and his colleagues to be heard. His legacy continued beyond his time in the USPS; when he joined Olympia Pharmaceuticals, his work in founding the Human Resources department was paramount in ensuring the pharmacy embraced an employee-first culture.

The John Paul Charitable Foundation is dedicated to continuing in John's footsteps to stand in solidarity with workers and their families.
